TeeJay grew up a in a time when Germany was

still militarily occupied by Great Britain,France,
Russia and the United States.It was anexciting
era,because Great Britain came up with its mi -
litary arm of the BBC ( British Broadcasting
Corporation ): BFBS ( British Forces Broad-
casting Service). The present day you may know
it as BBC Radio 1, 2 or 4. They played club music
just as Radio 1 does today, and it was fascinating
to listen to these special djs that made the program.

At the same time TeeJay was studying radio technology,

because his interest was, and still is, to get in touch with
people musically, where ever they are, to impinge on mood,
to be responsible for it.

In 1998 he started a broadcast station for a short while. This was the time he got to know many interesting people, djs, hosts, anchormen... and the decision was made: TeeJay wanted to be a radio DJ.
